Standard deliveries to UK mainland will be charged at £3.95

Larger items such as shelves/furniture etc. will be priced depending on weight and size, please use the contact form or email to enquire for further details.

We deliver to UK mainland, for International purchases please see below.

For International deliveries please use the contact form or email sophie@fawnandgrey.co.uk for pricing along with details of the items you wish to purchase.

All items are carefully packed out before sending, and will be sent out via Courier or Royal Mail (excluding furniture). Please note signatures may be required.

We aim to dispatch your items once payment has cleared within 2-5 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dealt with by the next working. If you require next day delivery, please contact.

We will email you when your item/s have been dispatched. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances delivery may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed via email.

Returns and Damages

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please email sophie@fawnandgrey.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange (excluding original postage price). Please do not send anything back without emailing prior. Please make sure that the items are in the same condition and packaged as sent to you, damaged or used items will not be accepted.

You are required to return the item and pay for the return postage. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item/s is/are faulty.We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us, for this reason we recommend that you return goods using registered post.

A returns number will be supplied to via email, please ensure this is placed in the parcel, along with your name.

Please note if a refund is requested it can take up to 14 days for the banks to process this.

Damaged in transit items will be refunded or replaced provided the original packaging is kept with the original Delivery Label. When emailing with details of your damage please send photograph/s of the damaged item/s and the original packaging. Our Insurance requires us to prove damage in transit in order to claim a full refund which we can then pass onto you.

Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period.
